Shipping and Delivery Policy – Refrigerated Delivery Service
At Stefano, we ensure that your products arrive in excellent condition. We carefully select the most appropriate shipping method based on the customer’s city—an especially important step for items that require extra care during transit, such as perfumes.
Currently, our refrigerated delivery service is available exclusively within the city of Riyadh, provided by the carrier "3rd Mile."
We are working toward expanding this service in the future to include additional cities and regions.
Important Note:
The refrigerated delivery service via 3rd Mile is limited to the city of Riyadh and does not extend to its surrounding suburbs or nearby villages.
The refrigerated delivery service also supports the "cash on delivery" payment option.
For all other regions within the Kingdom, orders are shipped via SMSA or 3rd Mile using standard (non-refrigerated) shipping, depending on each carrier’s service coverage for the specific city or area.
How the Shipping Carrier is Selected:
Customers do not need to manually select a shipping method when placing an order.
Our system automatically assigns the appropriate carrier based on the delivery city provided in the order.
If the customer’s city falls within the refrigerated delivery zone, the order will automatically be processed via 3rd Mile.
If the city is outside the refrigerated delivery zone, the shipment will be automatically assigned to either SMSA or 3rd Mile, depending on which carrier serves that specific area.
Does standard (non-refrigerated) shipping affect perfumes?
No, perfumes are not affected by standard shipping under normal transit conditions. Perfumes are chemically stable products; they can be transported at ambient temperatures without any alteration to their composition or scent.
Furthermore, shipping companies such as SMSA and ARTZ utilize enclosed transport vehicles, which help protect the products throughout the shipping process.
At Stefano, we always strive to provide a reliable and convenient shipping experience, and we truly value the trust you place in us.
